The assignment

Our client is a fast-growing animal health company in Greece. It manufactures veterinary products under GMP, for its own portfolio and as a contract manufacturer (CMO) for third parties. The company has doubled in size every year since 2024 and keeps growing rapidly.

The CEO wants to explore how AI can be used in the production environment and wants to learn from someone with extensive, real-world experience in corporate AI implementations in industry. The assignment starts with an in-depth expert session with the CEO. Depending on the outcome, it can grow into a follow-up advisory assignment.

Your tasks

• Share your experience with AI implementations in industrial environments: what works, what doesn't and which pitfalls to avoid;
• Explore with the CEO where AI can add value in the client's production environment;
• Help set priorities: where to start, which first steps to take and what this requires.

What you deliver

• Lessons learned from corporate AI implementations in industry, translated to the client's situation;
• A first view of the most promising AI applications in the client's production environment;
• Recommended priorities and next steps, summarised in a short high-level roadmap.

Your profile

In order to be successful we believe you are a (close) match to the following profile:

• Extensive, proven experience in corporate AI implementations in industrial or manufacturing environments;
• A track record of AI applications that made it into daily operations, not only pilots;
• Able to translate technology into clear business choices for a CEO;
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (e.g. pharma or life sciences) is a plus;
• Fluent in English.

Scope

• Starts with an expert session with the CEO, remote or on site;
• Possible follow-up advisory assignment for a limited number of hours;
• A senior assignment with a fee to match your expertise.
