What will you do?

• Own the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process and deliver clear, timely reporting to management — acting as a true sparring partner for the Finance lead
• Safeguard financial integrity across general ledger, intercompany reconciliation, VAT returns and internal controls
• Analyse variances and prepare budget-vs-actual reports so management always has a sharp picture of where things stand
• Support the planning cycle and maintain oversight of assets, loans and credit card administration
• Drive continuous process improvement in the financial and administrative organisation — you spot opportunities where others see routine

What do you bring?

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or Accountancy
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; a background in an (international) production environment is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• A proactive, accurate and stress-resistant working style — you keep a cool head in a fast-changing environment
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English; you are based in the Netherlands with a valid work permit
